A pre-adoption application is required for all adopters, and can be completed online HERE. PLEASE NOTE: This is just the first step in the process. Staff will contact you upon approval. Also, the application is not pet specific. Once you are approved, you are approved for adoption of any AWSOM animal.

Once you have received approval, all adopters are required to come to the shelter for a meet and greet. If you decide to go forward with adoption, an AWSOM Adoption Agreement must be completed and adoption fees are expected at time of adoption.

AWSOM adoption fees cover: spay/neuter, pre-adoption vaccines, de-worming, external parasite treatment, Microchip (dogs and cats) and Feline Leukemia testing (cats).
